The Otsego County Economic Development Department is co-located with The County of Otsego Industrial Development Agency (COIDA), the Otsego County Development Corporation (OCDC) and the Empire Zone Program. These organizations work closely with other economic development partners on a local, regional, and state level by pooling vast resources to proactively provide companies with a full range of economic development services. These services include:

The Otsego County Economic Development Department, COIDA, and OCDC partnership has played an important role in a number of significant projects. Since 2001, these three economic development organizations have contributed $2.5 million in loans, leveraged an additional $16M in capital investment, and created or retained 400 local jobs. In addition, COIDA has induced $121M in Civic Facility Bonds to 6 institutions creating or retaining an additional 3,262 jobs.
