Well-known as a regional referral center and area trauma center, The Mary Imogene Bassett Hospital is a 180-bed acute care teaching facility located in Cooperstown, New York. The attending faculty is active in and collectively contributes to Bassett's residency programs in general surgery and internal medicine.

Pathfinder Village opened in 1980 with seven homes and a School. Since then, the Village has added more homes and programs, all with the goal of providing fulfillment for those who have Down syndrome.
