The Pony Farm Industrial Park is a 70-acre light industrial park situated in both the Town and City of Oneonta. Currently Pony Farm is home to a coffee roaster, ceramic producer, fine soap manufacturer, mobile MRI manufacturer and an optical lens distributor.

The Pony Farm Industrial Park has immediate access to NYS I-88, municipal water, sewer and gas as well as 3-phase electric power and high-speed broadband access. Over the past several years, the County of Otsego Industrial Development Agency has invested significant funds to improve the park including a site grading and storm water management project in 2005.
