In 2004 COIDA received a matching $75,000 Build Now-NY II grant for this Park.  COIDA continues to develop Richfield Business Park and is currently securing funding from various sources including appropriations and Small Cities funding to bring a road and all utilities into the park.  The park will have 11.4 acres available for development and plans call for the park to be divided into 3 building lots.
