In 2004 COIDA received a matching $75,000 Build Now-NY II grant for this Park.  COIDA continues to develop Richfield Business Park and is currently securing funding from various sources including appropriations and Small Cities funding to bring a road and all utilities into the park. 

 

By early 2009, Phase I of the park development will be complete and the COIDA will have a pre-permitted business park complete with infrastructure in the northern end of the County.  The park will have 11.4 acres available for development and plans call for the park to be divided into 3 building lots.
