The Rivercorp Industrial Park is privately owned and is Otsego County’s only heavy- industrial Zoned property. Located in the City of Oneonta, the entire park consists of nearly 100 acres. Currently Rivercorp is home to manufacturers of snow plow blades, a sheet metal fabricator, and an agricultural feed and fertilizer manufacturer.
The River Corp. Industrial Park has excellent access from various points including NYS I-88. The property has municipal water, sewer and natural gas as well as 3-phase electric power and high speed broadband.
